What to check before you buy

The specs that matter most when choosing one, and what this product's values mean for you.

Screen size: 85″: Best watched from about 2.6–4.3 m away.
Panel type: NanoCell: LED TV with a colour layer: richer colours than basic LED, blacks not as deep as OLED.
Resolution: 4K: Sharp at any normal size; Netflix, YouTube and new consoles play in 4K.
Refresh rate: 60 Hz: Fine for TV and films; fast sport and games look less smooth.
HDR: HDR10, HLG: Standard HDR; no Dolby Vision, which Netflix and Disney+ use for their best picture.
Energy class: E: Lower end of today’s EU scale: it costs more to run over the years.
